The working cover.

The working cover.

So, after nearly 40, 12 to 15 hr days, Extra.Ordinary is finished. A big thanks to Andre Nutini ( andrenutini.com ) for joining the team and helping us slay the beast. We are currently having the discs produced and they’ll be available in early September.

I’m currently setting up an online ordering system so you’ll be able to buy the discs right here from the site. If your keen to put your name on one right now, just drop me your info on our general inquiry page and I’ll get in touch when they are here and put a copy aside for you.

I hate the term ” Green” and we aren’t claiming to be heroes saving the planet here,  but for all you tree huggers, FYI – We are producing the DVD’s through a company which uses entirely eco – friendly materials such as recycled cardboard cases and earth friendly inks. If you were thinking you might buy one and were worried about the environmental effect hopefully I just eased you mind.

Want another reason you should buy a disc? I’ll give you two:)

1. Keeping in line with the “green” theme, we are donating to the enviro charity 1% to the planet. and 2. I had to take the entire summer off to make the movie and re-couping the production costs would be nice:) We’ll still be broke, but what the heck, life’s good and I got to teach my 2 year old the ins and outs of Final Cut Pro.

Check out the trailer for the flick again here. You can also get the low down about the film in the short form overview on the Action –  Services page here.  It’ll give you an insight into who’s in it and just what it’s all about.

Stay tuned for info on where to find the flick. We’ll have it dialed in a few days time.

Enjoy some photos from the winter. Here’s a selection of random stuff from from our 09′ season.

Good morning, Miyazaki. – first taste

Good morning, Miyazaki. – first taste

I’ve barely had my video camera out since we moved to Miyazaki and I feel slightly guilty. It’s just too hard to film when the surf’s so good, and all you want to do is be in the water yourself.
I’ve only managed to grab a few shaky shots, not really much to write home about, [...]
